Delivery
I try my best to process all orders between 3 and 5 business days although it can vary during busy times as it is only me.
Delivery to the UK is sent with 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery where as the rest of the world will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery. These are the most cost effective way of getting you your items as quick as possible as cheaply as possible. Neither are tracked but they are insured. If you would like to pay extra for a tracked service please contact me and let me know so I can accomodate for an extra charge.
All items should get to customers within 3-5 business days in the UK and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world. Delays can occur international orders can take upto 4 weeks if it gets held up in customs.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately customs delays can occur but please be patient as this is out of my hands.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly take returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item i snot returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
